Patches Superceded by an Expired patch (and so not really superceded) what to do?

There are two patches that my newly installed computers want when visiting Windfows Update.  They are KB2732500 and KB2847077.  Both say that they are superceded by KB2949927 and so are marked Grey and Superceded in SCCM 2007 console.  KB2949927 has been expired by Microsoft so I guess it no longer supercedes those other two patches.  I guess technically, they are superceded, but by a patch that is expired (and no longer available - it was pulled)

Anyway, so what is to be done?  I could turn back on those two patches that say they are superceded but arean't really.  The unfortunate this is when I run a script to identify superceded pathes that we are still deploying, these two will still show and I will be tempted to disable/remove them because I have to clean out all those superceded patehs each month.  And the deployments and packages that include these (not really) superceded patches will stay grey instead of those green arrows I like to see.

Can Microasoft not un-supercede a patch by changing the metadata or something?
