Server 2003 R2 client not installing updates

I am trying to patch a Windows Server 2003 R2 box using SCCM and I am not having luck getting the updates to install.   I have added it to the correct group and I can see in the SCCM reports that updates are required.

I have checked WindowsUpdate.Log and the Update logs in SCCM and nothing immediately stands out as being wrong.

Any ideas what I can do next to troubleshoot?
