SCCM Software Updates Scan Failed ( Error Status ID 11423)

Hi All,

I have Configuration Manager 2007, when I open the Configuration Manager Console and go to Software Updates, the Software Update Compliance Status Summary shows many patches as "Unknown," 

The Configuration Manager Console>Site Status for the Component and Site Systems are both showing OK.

So I force scan for software updates compliance by run Software Updates Scan Cycle. I found all client have Error Status ID 11423 and Last Error Code be -2147219966.

What should I do to fixed this problem ?
