Hi All,
I am facing an issue with regards to software distribution where some of the clients are still seen as status unknown in the SCCM reports whereas in actual the updates are installed upon them successfully. While going through the forum, I found out that the most common problem among such systems was conflict of group policy where organizations had WSUS in place and that off course is managed through group policy and when those organizations changed to SCCM, they some how forgot to disable the WSUS GPO which conflicted with the SCCM Client which also sets SUP upon install and caused problems. For most people, it was resolved by disabling GPO.
But, in my case, there is no GPO in place, but still I see the status as unknown. Any, suggestions on how to rectify that. Thanks.
