Deploying critical Security patch without using WSUS

Hello everyboday,

I would like to deploy a Microsoft critical security patch without using WSUS but just with the software update option.We don't have Windows Serveur Update Services Role (WSUS) for SCCM.

I really have to deploy my Critical patch ASAP.Can you tell me how to do it step by step?
