Apply only certain updates to a certain collection

We are running SCCM 2007 R3 with update point configured. Our SCCM admin has recently left so I have to apply few updates as per requirements from security department.

I want to apply only certain windows updates to a certain collection of computers and disable application of any other updates to any other computer.

Can someone guide me or tell me links which discuss this sort of configuration.
