Updates fail to install on one Server

Hi,

I have one Windows 2003 server which has updates appearing, but when I try to install them they display failed:

The eventlog shows:

Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x80070002: Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB2813170).

My windowsupdate log shows the following errors:

The wuahandler log also shows  0x80070002 as the error.

This is just happening on one server, which I have rebooted but the problem still remains.
