SCCM Software Updates reboot even with Suppress Reboots checked

We are deploying Software Updates to servers.  We have checked the "Suppress Reboots" option in SCCM, however; the servers rebooted after installing the updates anyway.

We are also using "Software Update Point Client Installation".  That GPO sets the SCCM server as the WUServer and WUStatusServer.  It also sets the Auto Download and install.

It was our understanding that SCCM's "Suppress Restart" would prevent any automatic restart from taking place after patching install.  These are Citrix / TS servers and reboot each night on there own at a specified time.

Does anyone know why SCCM would not be suppressing reboots.  I have to assume it is because we are using the SUP Client install associated with SCCM installing patching as the forced reboots only started after this GPO was applied.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Thanks,

Andrew
