UTC vs Local time

I'm trying to understand how it works scheduling using local time and using UTC when I create a schedule task in deployment management.

Let' s start with an example:

I have sccm server at UTC +1 and I schedule 12.00 AM to start downloading patch on a server UTC +2. What's the different behaviour if I select UTC and local time?

What if I select as soon as possibile?
