Importing Hotfix into SCUP

Hello,

I am trying to create new update on SCUP, I followed the steps in the site here http://sccmfrontline.blogspot.com/2012/09/importing-microsoft-hotfixes-into-scup.html

I generated the exe using iexpress, before using the exe on SCUP I ran it manually on sample workstations, I noticed that the exe fail

dism error: "an error occurred trying to open <cab file path>

error code 80070003

the system cannot find the path specified

seems that the executable is looking for the cab file which I used to create the exe (on my workstation) , which is unavailable on the testing workstation of course.

have you faced this? and what other utilities I can use than iexpress?
