Thin Client won't go into "This Computer is being serviced"

Hello,

 We are working on trying to get Windows Updates to install on our T5740e's and T610's and it works but the Thin Clients won't go into the lock screen with the message of "This Computer is being Serviced". They use to now all of a sudden they stopped doing it. Has anyone experienced this before?

We are using SCCM 2012 to push the updates also if that helps at all.
