I have WSUS installed on the same server as my Configmgr, MP and DP. Its been working fine for a few years.
but just noticed recently that the root WSUS folder is almost 12GBs in size. The database file is almost 9GB. Is this normal?
In other thread I read of people mentioning size configuration options for WSUS, but I'm not sure if this is relevant as anytime I've setup WSUS in SCCM I've cancelled the setup wizard and done the setup through the SCCM console.
If I want to claim back some disk space on that partition, is there anyway doing this? Would uninstalling WSUs, and reinstalling it help - or would it just grow back to the same size?
